ACCESSbank Announces Leadership Omaha Class 49 Participant
July 9, 2026, Omaha, NE - ACCESSbank is pleased to announce that Kathy Headley, Senior Vice President, Director of Organizational Experience, has been selected for Leadership Omaha Class 49 through the Greater Omaha Chamber, a program that brings together leaders from across the region to explore community issues, strengthen civic engagement, and build connections that drive meaningful impact.
Since joining ACCESSbank in 2012, Kathy has played a key role in developing the bank's culture, employee experience, and leadership programs. She is passionate about helping people grow, creating environments where employees can thrive, and building meaningful connections throughout the community.
While Omaha was not originally her hometown, it has become home. Over the years, Kathy has built her career here, raised her family, and become deeply invested in the future of the community. Leadership Omaha represents an opportunity to deepen that connection while learning alongside others who are committed to making a difference.
"Leadership Omaha offers a unique opportunity to learn from leaders with different experiences and perspectives while gaining a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing our community," said Headley. "I'm excited to build new relationships, continue growing as a leader, and find new ways to contribute to Omaha's future."
Through both her work and volunteer efforts, Kathy has dedicated herself to helping others develop skills, expand opportunities, and reach their full potential. Her involvement with organizations such as Avenue Scholars and the Association for Talent Development Nebraska Chapter reflects her longstanding commitment to investing in people and strengthening the community.
