Cash Mob

We enjoyed some sweet treats at our recent Cash Mob at the Dairy Queen on 84th Street. Our team had a great time handing out gift cards, getting to know customers and of course, supporting an established local business.

Strike Out Hunger

Strike Out Hunger was a huge success again this year. ACCESSbank donated a total of 16,478 meals winning the "Most Meals Donated Per Employee" award yet again! Congrats to our dedicated team for raising funds and volunteering several hours. During the month of June, the Strike Out Hunger campaign collected 776,559 meals for the Food Bank for the Heartland. We are so proud to be part of this effort!

Pinwheels for Prevention

Our Oakview location was shining a little brighter in April thanks to some dedicated employees. Businesses across the Omaha metro participated in a nation-wide effort to raise awareness during the month of April for child abuse prevention.

Cash Mob

ACCESSbank hosted its first Cash Mob in February.  What is a Cash Mob you ask? It's a designated time and place to shop local. We invited the public to stop by,  win prizes and taste great food from this super-food cafe.  Keep an eye on our website for more information on our next Cash Mob.  We hope you'll join us to help support small businesses in Omaha. #CashMobACCESS

Strike Out Hunger

The Food Bank for the Heartland is near and dear to our hearts. That's why ACCESSbank loves helping with their annual 'Strike Out Hunger' Campaign every summer. Here's just a few photos of our team hard at work. And that hard work paid off. ACCESSbank won our business division of 'Most Meals Donated Per Employee' and helped the Food Bank surpass their goal. Way to go!

Grief's Journey
This winter, ACCESSbank partnered with Grief's Journey to host our first paper goods drive. We loved helping this great organization, whose purpose is to help individuals find comfort and hope after suffering a loss.

Collectively, our team raised enough money to purchase Christmas gifts for 10 kids, ranging in age from 18 months to 16 years old, all through the Children's Home Society of Nebraska.

For the second year in a row, ACCESSbank was a proud sponsor of the WECAN Cure-a-thon. The fundraiser raises money for those battling cancer in our area. 100% of the funds are donated to patient care and assistance at the new Fred & Pamela Buffett Cancer Center. Here's a photo of us with our WE CAN bracelets supporting those who have been affected by cancer. Together, we can make a difference!
