Commercial Loan Department Trainee

This trainee position reports directly to the Executive Vice President – Chief Lending Officer of the bank and provides a  career path for an individual to learn all facets of banking. Responsibilities  escalate in conjunction with demonstrated proficiency and increased understanding of key competencies in the areas of loan documentation, file administration, deposit and loan product sets, customer service, credit analysis and information technology. The duration of the trainee phase is approximately 18 to 36 months.  Thereafter the employee’s skill sets are best matched to opportunities within Access Bank such as Credit Analyst, Loan Operations, Universal Banker, or junior Lender.  Successful candidates exhibit the following characteristics:  energetic, organized, self-starter, detail oriented, goal driven, technologically proficient and conscientious to customer service.  Four year college degree related to Business or Finance is required.
