For the fourth consecutive year teamACCESS participated in the Susan G Komen Race for the Cure. On October 2nd downtown Omaha was a sea of pink in support of those who have been affected by breast cancer. For more information about the walk or to learn more about this great cause click here.
ACCESSbank, in partnership with the Heart Ministry Center, collected several bags of school supplies for Omaha's underprivileged students. The supplies filled backpacks that helped students start off the school year on a brighter note. Thank you for thinking of those in need!
A Note from the Heart Ministry Center's President
On May 1, 2011 a team of ACCESSbank employees and their families joined forces with March of Dimes to give hope to the more half a million babies born too soon each year. The bank raised money to help fund research in our community to help moms have healthy, full-term pregnancies and walked to help create awarness and show our support for the families effected by early births.

ACCESSbank teamed up with the Open Door Mission for their "Warm Up for Winter" clothing drive. We collected sweaters and other gently used warm clothing and were able to pass along 10 boxes worth of clothing to help keep those in need warm through the cold Nebraska nights.
During the month of August ACCESSbank collected books to start a library for Restored Hope, a women and childrens shelter located in Omaha. We successfully collected over 500 books for this great organization. Thank you to all our customers that donated!
On September 18th a group of ACCESSbank employees volunteered their time to help renovate the housing the shelter utilizes.
Thank you to those who came out and rooted for the ACCESSbank kickball team at the Easter Seals of Nebraska Family FunFest! The team had a great time playing alongside Congressman Lee Terry and the ESN MVP Greg B.!
